MODUS constructed 36 modules for Coast Mountain College in Terrace, B.C. to house their students. This three storey wood-frame 38,000 square feet building was a result of a successful project collaboration between MODUS and Coast Mountain College’s architects, engineers and a general contractor. The project utilised a blend of off-site and on-site construction methodologies to effectively and  efficiently complete the building in six months.
